1. 对车辆的尺寸及位置采用雷达三维扫描,实现自动测量,并对位置偏差进行报警;
2. 系统采用先进的自主研发的集成控制系统,自动计算和控制每次码垛数量;
3. 系统采用六轴机械手作为执行机构,自由度非常高,适应装车车型的种类非常广泛,码垛的形状也可自由选择;
4. 系统移动方式采用直接落地在地轨上行走,因此可适用超长车辆的装车;
5.系统的驱动装置,采用绝对值式伺服电机加减速机驱动,前后运行位置控制精准、刹车灵敏,整个驱动装置经久耐用;

7.在装车过程中发生故障时,系统可自动暂停,通过触摸屏查看故障原因,排除故障后,系统可继续装车;
